· I oversee a diverse recreation operations team that includes bowling attendants, gym instructors, golf staff, lifeguards, swimming water treatment technicians, equipment technicians, gardeners, cleaners, event coordinators, and reception/reception support.
I also manage technical staff responsible for plumbing work, fire alarms, electrical systems, Electrical generators, HVAC work and cleaning staff to maintain the facility.

- Coordinate with the Project Civil Engineer to obtain work schedules and project requirements.
- Collect site details and existing layout drawings from the Site Surveyor for reference.
- Supervise and monitor civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit daily photo reports documenting site progress and activities.
- Arrange compaction tests, review results, and prepare corresponding reports.

I Was Dealing with the entire electrical, mechanical, civil Eng. team to get the required equipment so that they can perform their work as per their schedule.
Arrangement of rock breaker, bobcat, excavator, JCB, Bulldozer, Grader.

Arrangement of dump truck, Low bed trailer, Flatbed trailer,
Dealing with all the driver and operator about work schedule.

- Make inspection and cost estimation of work as per the approved material list provided by Hadeed plant Eng.
- Taking approval from the client to execute the work.
- Arrange technician, tools, material as per required work.

- Ensure all the staff has proper tools and proper basic PPE.
- Arrangement of all types of material to complete the work.
